Scholarships

Central Arizona Chapter is pleased to offer two scholarships for 2026 classes that contribute toward earning the CCIM Designation.

Central Arizona will be offering the following in person courses in 2026

  • CI 101- March 16-19
  • Negotiations & CI 103- October 19-23

About the Central Arizona CCIM Chapter  

The Central Arizona CCIM Chapter promotes the highest ethical standards in commercial real estate, provides quality educational programs to members and related professionals, serves as a forum where intelligence and success can be shared and celebrated, and finally, enhances the awareness and recognition of the CCIM designation to the business community.  

About the CCIM Foundation  

The CCIM Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non‐profit organization. The Mission of the CCIM Foundation is to advance  and foster commercial real estate education through scholarships, programs and initiatives.

Procedure: Applications are submitted ONLINE directly to the Central Arizona CCIM Chapter. Incomplete or late applications will not be accepted. Deadline for submission is November 3, 2025

Applicants only need to apply for one scholarship. All submissions will automatically be considered for both named education scholarships.

    2. Attach candidate statement

    3. Attach professional resume

    4. Attach optional letter of recommendation (recommended)

Recipient Notification: Letters will be sent on or before December 1, 2025, notifying those selected. 

Scholarship Value: Recipient will receive $1,000 to offset the cost of one of the following CCIM Designation courses: CI 101, CI 102, CI 103, or CI 104 taken with Central AZ Chapter.

NOTE: Failing the course renders the scholarship null and void. You must provide your certificate of completion for reimbursement. Reimbursement can only be awarded to the Scholarship winner. 

NOTE: The course selected can only be taken in 2026. The scholarship cannot be applied retroactively to any course already taken; the award is not redeemable for cash; the Foundation will not reimburse individuals for any courses already taken.
